09.10.14 - Pay attention to your chemistry lesson
If you work in the healthcare sector, you probably know something about biology. Whether you're a physician, PA, nurse, laboratory technician or other professional, you have undoubtedly studied the anatomy of the human body and how the bones, organs, tissues and fluids interact with each other.
But if you're looking for a healthcare job, you need to think about chemistry as well. While knowing the periodic table or the difference between organic and inorganic chemicals can be helpful, the real test is how well the recruiter relates to you on the phone or in a face-to-face interview. If you can get the interviewer to "bond" with you during the conversation, you're far more likely to get a favorable recommendation than if you and the interviewer can't wait to get out of the same room.

All Medical Personnel ranked 14th Largest Allied Healthcare Staffing Company
HOLLYWOOD, FL In a recent industry survey performed by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), All Medical Personnel was ranked number fourteen, based on total revenue. "Our growth reflects our company's ongoing commitment to exceptional client service, backed by a state-of-the-art technology platform," says Neil Bernstein, President and CEO of the nationwide company. "We thank all our clients for their support."
Since its founding in 1990, All Medical Personnel has steadily increased its presence in local, regional and national markets. From the start, All Medical has focused solely on the healthcare staffing needs of physician groups, clinics, hospitals, medical laboratories, health systems and other providers.
"We help our clients maximize their internal resources by supporting their contingent workforce initiatives for temporary staffing, locum tenens and executive search placements," says Bernstein.
“All Medical’s concentration on the healthcare industry, has allowed us to build a delivery platform designed specifically for the requirements of healthcare organizations. It has also helped All Medical expand and deliver its managed services programs across the country to its enterprise clients,” continued Bernstein “In recent years, All Medical has increased its presence in the locum tenens industry, as well as expanded its executive search division to better meet the evolving leadership and management needs of healthcare organizations.”
“But there is still plenty of room for All Medical Personnel's future growth”, according to Bernstein. Noting that even the largest U.S. staffing firms have only a 3 to 5 percent share of the market, he says, "We plan to continue increasing our presence throughout the U.S. and keep moving up in the national rankings."
