All Medical first conducts a needs assessment. We confirm the key aspects of your search such as the practice environment, the parameters of your need and any other pertinent information to help us source potential candidates.  We take pride in listening and learning about your challenges and work atmosphere.  Our goal is to find you the best possible locum tenens match based on your needs.


After we have assessed your need and a contingent agreement has been established, an All Medical Account Manager is assigned to work on your specific needs.  Our Account Managers utilize a comprehensive sourcing system to secure candidates who meet your needs.  We conduct an initial reference and background check on our candidates to ensure their overall qualifications.  Once potential candidates are identified, their CVs will be presented for your review.  The Account Manager also arranges any necessary phone interviews.

Once a candidate is accepted, we arrange malpractice coverage for the provider.  Then, we send you a final confirmation of the agreed rates and dates of coverage.  Our dedicated staff will also assist in setting up logistics and privileging.
