The Account Manager role is responsible for sourcing new business and successfully matching providers to client profiles to fulfill client orders for temporary, temp-to-hire and specific permanent positions.
An Account Manager builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
An Account Manager will seek growth opportunities for market share by educating the healthcare community and healthcare companies about All Medical Personnel staffing solutions to assist in their recruitment strategy.
Identifies trendsetting ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business relationships by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
Closes new business relationships by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Interview and screen providers sourced by recruiting team to determine their skill set and individual characteristics to assess placement opportunities.
Arrange interviews for physicians/clients.
Negotiate placement terms with clients and physicians and solidify assignments.
Ensures completeness of placement related tasks including housing, licensing and credentialing, privileging, etc.
Establish and maintain communication and rapport with providers and/or clients to encourage a long-term working relationship.
Provide management and professional advice to prospective, current assignment and direct hire candidates/clients.
Maintain accurate and current information, as well as any related documents for all current and targeted potential clients.
Maintain minimum standard performance measures including weekly activity requirements for connects, interviews and leads, as well as established monetary productivity requirements.
Negotiate placement fees to meet organizational goals.
Manage house accounts for growth of revenue in addition to managing personal business sourced.
Demonstrate industry knowledge or functional expertise.
Ensure company policy as well as federal and state employment law compliance.
